Cyberpunk Timeline

This video is important when thinking about New Com Tech because innovations like the internet have had profound impacts on society and posed a lot of challenges. I had not thought about how it's good practice to think hard about what we are developing and how it could be used and misused.

Hi.

My name is Jesse and I am a communications student at Griffith Uni in Brisbane. I will be majoring in Public Relations and am currently taking a class called New Communication Technologies that requires me to regularly write on a blog. This is it!
          Now while I am going to continue this blog after my course finishes, at the moment I am asked to blog about specific things relating to communication technology. The material I have to work with may be a little drier than I would prefer but I will do my best to make it as interesting as possible.
          My real interest with this blog is to talk about Gen Y and our lives, attitudes as well as the problems we face now and will face in the future because we will have to run our communities eventually (If some active Gen Y'ers  aren't already).
